The commercial relationship between the Artium of Alava Foundation and the customer will be governed by these general conditions in their original version at the time of the order.

Price of products for sale
The prices of the products for sale are specified in euros and include the corresponding VAT. These prices may be subject to the addition of shipping charges if applicable. These costs will be communicated to the user before placing the order and must be expressly accepted by the user upon confirming the purchase.
Completing a product order by the user
The user must follow the steps that have been established in the purchasing process to complete the purchase of products. He or she must provide the requested information, expressly accept the sales conditions confirming the order at the time that it is completed and make full payment at the same time of confirmation.

Delivery time in Spain is from 1 to 3 business days from the order date, except during promotional and holiday periods (long weekends, public holidays, Easter and Christmas). This time may be extended up to a maximum of 10 business days depending on the volume of the order and shipping costs.
Right of withdrawal
Users may withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty or without providing any reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the products purchased. Notification of the decision to exercise this right of withdrawal can be made to the Artium of Alava Foundation by sending a letter / email to the following address: Artium of Alava Foundation, C/ Francia 24, 01002 Vitoria-Gasteiz / museo@artium.eus
Return costs will be borne by the user, except in the case of defective, incorrect or erroneous products.
In order to accept the product on which the right of withdrawal is exercised, it must be properly protected in its original packaging and in perfect condition for subsequent sale and in order to preserve its labels. A copy of the original delivery note where the products being returned are indicated must be included in the package.
The Artium of Alava Foundation will refund any payment received from the user for the returned product, including shipping costs, without any undue delay and within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after receiving notification of the user’s decision to withdraw, using the same payment method that was used in order to pay for the product.
Once the return process has been accepted, the Artium of Alava Foundation may postpone the refund until the products have been received and/or evidence of the return of the goods has been presented, provided that the Artium of Alava Foundation has not offered to collect the products.
If the return is not accepted because of non-compliance with the above conditions, the user will not be entitled to a refund of the corresponding amounts for the returned products.

Applicable law and dispute resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from the interpretation, execution or validation of these general conditions of sale, the General Conditions of Sale defined herein are subject to Spanish law, with jurisdiction resting with the courts of the place of residence of the consumer.
