Returns and refunds policy

General description

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot offer a full refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.

In order to accept a returned product, it must be properly protected in its original packaging and in perfect condition for subsequent sale and in order to preserve its labels. A copy of the original delivery note where the products being returned are indicated must be included in the package.

Refunds

Refunds of any payments received from the user for the returned product, including shipping costs, will be made without undue delay and via the same payment method used to pay for the product. This will be done within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the Artium of Alava Foundation, after it has notified the user that the decision to withdraw has been accepted.

Once the return process has been accepted, the Artium of Alava Foundation may postpone the refund until the products have been received and/or evidence of the return of the goods has been presented, provided that the Artium of Alava Foundation has not offered to collect the products.

Late or missing refunds

Please check your bank account again if you have not yet received a refund, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
