This publication brings together the lectures of the course La mirada feminista (The Feminist Gaze) that was held in 2019 and 2021 at Artium Museoa, Museum of Contemporary Art of the Basque Country. The book was published as part of the actions developed by the Research and Documentation Centre for Basque Women Artists, Feminist Artistic Practices and Art Theories of Artium Museoa, Museum of Contemporary Art of the Basque Country, a space dedicated to feminist art and thought that was set up as a platform for the research, conservation and dissemination of the work of Basque women artists and those related to the institution’s programmes and collection.
